Real Building Constructions Private Limited was incorporated in Mohali in September 2021 by three Army veterans. The idea was simple: bring the standards of service life to an industry that too often runs on promises.

What we build, and how.
RBC Group develops thoughtfully planned gated residential communities, independent homes, residential plots and commercial spaces in Mohali and Kurali. Our flagship, RBC Happy Homes in Sector 115, is a gated villa community with seven home plans across 2, 3 and 4 BHK formats. Happy Homes-2 brings the same discipline to Kurali's Bharat Mala Bypass, Vista Village offers residential and commercial plots on the Kurali Bypass, and Vista Square, our first commercial destination, is planned on the Kurali–Ropar Highway.
We work on our own land, with our own site teams, and we put every commitment in writing. Prices are shared openly on enquiry, paperwork is explained before it is signed, and our directors remain personally reachable long after possession.
